Thank you for shopping with ShuDesigns. Each of our customized items is made to order, just for you. Because of the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

✅ Exceptions – If We Made a Mistake

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a customization error made by us, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and issue
• A brief explanation of the defect or error

We will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund based on the circumstances.

⚠️ Important: Double-Check Your Custom Details

Please ensure all custom information (names, dates, colors, etc.) is accurate before checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors submitted by the customer.
